Uncirculated ½ escudos are very scarce to come by, so don’t let the Uncirculated Details – Damage grade make you pass by this piece. The cataloger notes minor scratching on the fields of the reverse, some ticks on the rims, and two small copper spots on the reverse. Other than that, the coin is a choice uncirculated specimen with an above average strike. The gold ½ escudo is always a desirable piece, and this one will not disappoint you.
